The cottage is situated in San Evasio, one of the most beautiful vineyards areas of Ovada, on the highest hill, easily accessible, with a 360 degrees view and an excellent exposure both for the house and the possible vineyards. The 500 sqm villa is developed on two levels (ground and first floor), split in two apartments; then there is another 500 sqm warehouse that can be renovated as a house (former wine cellars and work area); a small house of 35 sqm with a fireplace and a barbecue; a garden of approximately 2000 sqm, and approximately 4,5 hectares (former Dolcetto vineyards). Finally, there are also 5000 sqm where people still go there to look for truffles.
