Between the new university campus of Architecture & Design and Maciachini square, famous area for cool restaurants and clubs, an old body shop was chosen for the project and realization of different sized lofts. The nearby park gives a wonderful view from the low arch windows of the building. The ground floor is a wide space dedicated to car boxes, while on the upper floor the lofts are developed on two levels up to the original gabled roof.
