Studio Oggioni has carefully created the project in every detail. The large glass windows, the sinuous curves of the building, and the panoramic view on the city create a unique space with no rivals.

The optimized use of the home automation gives additional value to the project, making it easy to manage the different scenarios of the house’s lighting, the audio and video system, the shading/security systems, as well as the climate control of each room. A peculiarity of the penthouse is the winery: designed by the architect with luxury materials such as the nubuck leather, brass and treated mirrors that can contain up to 600 bottles.
