The optimized use of the home automation gives additional value to the project, making it easy to manage the different scenarios of the house’s lighting, the audio and video system, the shading/security systems, as well as the climate control of each room. A peculiarity of the penthouse is the winery: designed by the architect with luxury materials such as the nubuck leather, brass and treated mirrors that can contain up to 600 bottles. The studio, in collaboration with specialized artisans, projected custom-made furniture using top-level materials and textures.
